Low resolution artwork
A banner is printed at roughly life size. A logo that looks fine on a business card can look badly pixelated when blown up to 800mm wide. Send vector artwork where possible — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG.
Forgetting the phone number
It sounds obvious. It happens constantly. Put a phone number or WhatsApp on the banner, large enough to read from three metres.
